Surface Cleaning
(Driveways, Patios, Walkways)
We clean concrete, brick, or stone surfaces using a variety of techniques unique to your situation! We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather we evaluate the state of your driveway, walkway, or patio and develop a plan from there.
Concrete surfaces are usually cleaned with our surface cleaner. If your concrete surface does not have any staining this is typically a quick process! For best results, we may use cleaning agents to assist in remove any organic growth or staining (such as from oil). The combination of the cleaning agent with the surface cleaner will have your driveway looking new again!
Brick or stone surfaces with algae, moss, or organic growth will typically be treated utilizing our soft wash method to prevent damage. You can learn more about our soft wash methods by clicking here.
Roof Cleaning
The roof of your home is vital to your safety and the safety of all who enter; a clean, well maintained roof is a safe roof! Dark discolorations on your roof can indicate the growth of dangerous organic matter like mildew, algae, and moss – not just dirt! If left untreated, they continue to grow on top of and under your roof creating damage that ultimately could cause leaks over time. Cleaning your roof now can save you money in the long run by preventing costly repairs and extending the life of your roof.
Our soft washing technique safely cleans and sanitizes the surface of your roof removing the above-mentioned organic matter and restores it to its former color and beauty!
Deck + Fence Cleaning
Cleaning wooden surfaces is a balance between effective cleaning while not damaging the fibers of the wood which causes splintering. Cleaning your deck or fence may seem like a simple DIY pressure washing project until your deck is accidentally covered in splinters and a small job becomes a big one!
Depending on the condition of your wooden fence or deck and any organic growth present, we will recommend power washing or soft washing (note: NOT pressure washing). Power washing utilizes heat and force whereas the soft wash relies on detergents to handle the cleaning. You can learn more about the differences between methods by clicking here.
Worried about your plants or vegetation around the area we’ll be using the detergents? Have no fear! We ensure the area we are working is fully saturated with water to prevent any damage to your landscaping.
