- We recommend having your home exterior soft washed at least once a year to help prevent harmful organic growth such as mold, moss, and algae. However, many people choose to have their home washed more than once a year due to pollen as well as increased organic growth rates because of the humidity in our area!
- Do I need to be home?
- No! We can perform our services without your presence but please let us know in advance.
- How long will it take?
- Short answer? It depends! There are a lot of factors such as your home size, amount of organic growth, and what services you’d like done. However, you can rest assured we will dedicate as much time as is required to ensure you receive quality service and are completely satisfied!
- How much will it cost?

- What about my plants and outdoor furniture?
- Rest assured we care about your plants just as much as you do! We thoroughly saturate the areas we are working on to ensure no harm comes to your plants and landscaping. We request all outdoor furniture, decorations, and potted plants be removed prior to work being completed. We are happy to remove these items for you for an additional fee. Simply let us know when we are setting up your appointment so we can adjust your quote and ensure we allow adequate time for your appointment.
